Find your way back to each other.

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also become places where we feel stuck, disconnected, misunderstood, or alone.

Slowing down the cycle you are caught in.

I work with couples who want to understand the patterns that keep them from experiencing the connection, intimacy, and emotional security they desire. My approach is relational and grounded in attachment-based work, Gottman Method principles, and emotionally focused therapy.

I help couples slow down the cycle they’re caught in, understand what’s happening underneath the conflict, and develop healthier ways of connecting and responding to one another. I also work with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional health, and personal growth.

“My style is warm and direct. I’ll support you, but I’ll also help you see the things that may be difficult to see on your own.”

I believe growth happens when we learn to face ourselves with honesty and compassion. I work with adults who feel stuck in recurring patterns, relationship struggles, anxiety, life transitions, or questions about who they are and who they want to become.

Together, we’ll work toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of identity.

Couples counseling

The center of my practice. We work with the cycle itself, what sets it off, what each of you is protecting, and what you are each longing for underneath it. Couples come in at every stage: preparing to marry, rebuilding after a breach of trust, parenting under strain, or simply tired of the same argument.

Individual counseling

For adults working on their own side of a relationship, or on themselves.

  • Relationship challenges
  • Anxiety and emotional health
  • Life transitions
  • Identity and personal growth

Telehealth

Secure video sessions anywhere in Georgia—useful when schedules, childcare, or distance make a shared room hard.

In person

A quiet office for couples who would rather sit down together in the same space.

Insurance

Insurance is accepted and verified through my intake platform, alongside private pay. Coverage is confirmed before the first session.
